Michelle Bartzen is a board-certified physician assistant practicing in orthopedic surgery. She obtained her undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, WI. She earned her master of science degree in physician assistant studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. She went on to complete an orthopedic surgery fellowship at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Michelle’s practice is focused on providing the best orthopedic care possible. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. When she is not working, Michelle likes to spend time with her family, friends, and dog. She also enjoys working out, being outside, playing volleyball, reading, and traveling. Michelle shared that she collects pressed pennies from places she has visited. Communication, respect, and shared, informed decision making are the cornerstones of my approach to patient care.
