Mitchell Metal Products prides itself in excellence from start to finish. Mitchell Metal Products offers several services in the steel industry, including part development, tool design, metal stamping, metal forming, finishing and assembling. Each product receives a documented in-process inspection by operators to ensure quality. Computer-aided designs go directly from disk to the in-house Wire EDM. The metal stamping department provides automated stamping on presses able to handle 2 1/2 to 400 tons. Tube bending, press brake forming, secondary punch pressing and tapping are all done in its metal forming department. Mitchell Metal Products fabricates structural steel items such as curtain wall brackets, window anchors and industrial equipment brackets. Plating is done completely in-house with finishes in clear, yellow and black zinc available.
