Mark Dougherty is the second generation owner with his wife Lori and two sons Will and Riley. He took over the management in 1982 after graduating for collage at U W Oshkosh. We pride ourselves in using the freshest highest quality ingredients we can find. Mark's dad was a butcher and he has continued the in house hand cutting of all the steaks.

We love this place. Great bartenders mixing great drinks. Great atmosphere. Steaks are delicious. My favorite is the German entrees. Especially the Jagerschnitzel with Spatzel and the mushroom gravey.
