Public Craft Brewing Co

HistoryLocated in downtown Kenosha, PUBLIC was created by owner and head brewer Matt Geary. Thirteen years of homebrewing experience and nearly ten years without a local brewery spurred Matt into attending Chicago's Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology and ultimately, with help from family and friends, opening PUBLIC in September of 2012 with a 4 Bbl brewhouse and a modest lineup of four beers. Today PUBLIC beers are on tap and in packaging across SE Wisconsin. In house, a rotating list of PUBLIC beers are served alongside great conversation, local art and music.SpecialtiesWe do beer.
