Established in 1974, Agape of Appleton is a nonprofit organization that offers individualized opportunities to promote the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. It works to provides residential support services for individuals in a variety of community settings. Agape of Appleton provides person-centered support services to maintain individual health and safety.
