First Baptist Church of Oak Creek is "an independent, fundamental, Bible-believing Baptist church, striving to equip believers to do the work of the ministry of making disciples." There are several ministries including the women's missionary group called "The 3M's" (Maidens, Mrs. and Moms), which meets monthly and the Youth Meeting for teens in the 7th-12th grades. The church is led by Pastor David Brown.
