Far Breton Bakery is the rebooted bakery enterprise of pastry chef Marie Young (formerly The French Confection and Marie's Original Bakery 2003-2009). Specializing in croissant dough creations and artisan breads, Far Breton Bakery is available at two Madison locations (The Victory Cafe on Atwood Avenue and the Northside Farmers Market) and at Just Local Food in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
