It is surprising how often we block what our body is telling us, thus leading to mental and physical wear and tear. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program in 2007 at WITC-Ashland, WI. From there I have studied with John Barnes in 2008 learning Myofascial Release; Vitaflex and Raindrop Technique in 2016; and in 2017 I studied with Dr. Carol Phillips learning levels I-V of Dynamic Body Balancing (a combination of craniosacral and myofascial unwinding to assist in providing balance within the body).
