Cuisine Restaurant is a student operated advanced training facility for MATC's Culinary Arts program. The restaurant allows students to gain practical experience in a high-end culinary environment. The restaurant features a seasonal menu including appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. Customers from the community are encouraged to dine with us. For a unique experience, book the "Chef’s Table" (up to 6 guests). Reservations are required.
