CWC derived from the owners passion for dressing up and throwing the best parties. As a professional actress - for a stint of her life, she missed the creativity she had from being on stage and bringing her characters to life. She also loved vintage clothing and accessories, which she had collected throughout her many travels. The collection soon out grew closets and even a storage unit, which sparked the business idea. Great use of the vintage pieces, helping customers create their true character and then incorporating it all - into parties, sounded like a fabulous business plan. Which brings us to the now existing Costumes With Character.
