For 4 years running, Cost Cutters has been located in the Glendale Market shopping center, near U.S. Cellular and across from Pick 'n' Save. Walk-ins are welcome and a friendly, professional staff is there to help you with your hair needs. The shop offers a full line of shampoo-related products and other haircare items in the front, with about a dozen salon stations in the rear of the store.
