In 2012 we changed the name to Cloud 9 Dentistry and moved to our current location at 3079 Village Square Dr. Hartland, WI 53029. We also work out of our Germantown office at W176 N9810 Rivercrest Dr. Germantown, WI 53022

They are by far my favorite dentist and I have seen many. Dr. Lemke is very down to earth and personable as are the hygienists and staff. Couldn't recommend more highly.
