BIRTHFIT aims to empower women in the Motherhood Transition - from Preconception and Pregnancy to Postpartum - through group & individual services, and our 4 Pillars of Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset and Connection guide it all! Molly is passionate about fitness, nutrition and mental wellness. She's created a space where we focus on women connecting and supporting one another, strengthening, healing and sharing. Our fitness classes specialize in healing the core, including diastasis recti and pelvic floor, through very intentional and functional movements. You'll never hear us say
