History
Originally built as the only Mormon church in Wisconsin in 1888, by the 1920's the congregants migrated west and abandoned the building. From 1932 to 1994, the theatre has gone through several transformations, often being used as a Summer Stock Theatre or music venue. It hosted the talents of Harrison Ford, Paul Newman, Del Close, Ron Livingston, Eddie Cash and much more during this time. Most recently it was purchased in 2013 and set up as a not-for-profit theatre by Transformative Arts, Inc. where it is being revitalized as a quality venue for music, plays, weddings, events, and more.
