While Bay Cooks opened its doors for the first time in February of 2022, its seasoned chefs are anything but new. The co-owners have over 35 years of combined experience as cooks in kitchens of some of Southeastern Wisconsin's most successful restaurants. Their expertise in a fast paced restaurant atmosphere combined with their passion for food and hospitality is what leads and motivates this team to bring this vision to life. On the Bay Cooks menu you'll find American classics and special breakfast delectables like our signature Swedish pancakes. Our Mexican dishes include favorites like tacos and burritos but you'll also find specialties usually only found in big city eateries. We're proud to bring you exotic seafood inspired by our costal hometowns and other Mexican recipes that have lived in our families for generations.
