HistoryMaster Lloyd A Brown has well over 40 years of experience in the MArtial Arts. He has been teaching for most of those years. In 2008 he had the opportunity to open BKA as a full time, professional karate studio in Barron Wisconsin. Since then, BKA has expanded to Hayward and Chetek Wisconsin as well.SpecialtiesBrown's Karate Academy is the area's oldest and most experienced Martial Arts School and Character Development Center in the area. We take pride in providing a complete education which includes World Class Martial Arts Instruction, Traditional Okinawan Weaponry, Self-Defense and Fitness, and an Exceptional Character Development Program. We specialize in age-appropriate classes starting at age 3, and we strive to create a family friendly and positive learning environment for all of our students.
