NEW! March 2017 Hybrid Fitness becomes Hybrid Athletic Club with the change in ownership. Kjersten Bakke and Brad Gordee bring in new expertise and passion to the gym. Hybrid specializes in helping our members develop consistent exercise habits and teaching them sustainable, effective nutrition principles. By creating a fun, welcoming environment, members look forward to coming to their gym. At Hybrid, we work hard and play hard. The Beginning Upon moving to Madison, Ryan Berndt, realized local area health clubs did not provide the latest techniques in personal training. This led him to open Fast Action Fitness in 2006. In 2008, Ryan requested the expertise of his wife, Sarah, a registered dietitian, which sparked the expansion of Fast Action Fitness to Hybrid Fitness. Hybrid Fitness is a fusion of fitness and nutrition. This unique aspect provides you with a multi-disciplinary approach to total fitness to ensure you get the results you desire.
