Ann Marie Gierl, DO, specializes in personalized rheumatology care and is board-certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. Dr. Gierl earned her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. She served her internal medicine residency at Evanston Hospital, Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. and rheumatology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. She also completed an osteopathic internship in Philadelphia. Additionally, she has a master's degree in medical ethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Dr. Gierl began practicing in the Fox Valley area in 1991. Her personal interests include gardening, reading, music, and family activities with her husband and two sons.
