History
Began working in the food service industry in 1993. After years of being a chef, life took me in a different direction. I began this catering company to deliver restaurant quality food, without the overhead. Allowing memorable events without breaking the bank.
Specialties
I do things differently than most catering companies. I normally talk with clients about what type of food desired, budget, and overall services you desire (bartender, servers, etc). My food will be cooked on site and will leave you to worry about your event and not the food. I aim to be customer centered not cookie cutter prearranged menus with terrible food. I mainly focus on weddings, graduation parties, reunions, and private dinner parties.
