It was 1967 when Norma and Doug Stump started their own Gestetner dealership. Doug worked for a major supplier of offset equipment and discovered the Gestetner stencil duplicator fufilled a gap in the market. The mimeograph did not provide quality images and the offset press required skilled operators and a major financial investment. So with a family of four children, Norma and Doug worked extremely hard and built a business known as SYSTEMATIC Copiers. Today, Norma still particpates in the daily activities of the business. Their son Michael has taken over the day to day management of the business. Michael spent 13 years with a national fire and security systems provider. He came home to the business and industry he grew up with. Systematic continues to service the complete Gestetner product line and has become an authorized LANIER dealer.
