May of 2011 we opend at 108 hwy 35 Hood River OR and now going into our 7th season we have expanded in to 230 first street Stevenson Wa and aquired a commercial kitchen to better serve out customer's. The over exposure from Chef Andrew Zimmermen and several media outlet's and giving away free smoked bellies back bones and wings has forced us to expand and acquire commercial kitchen.

Wild Columbia Salmon retails in daily caught Salmon from the Columbia River when in season Sturgeon Blue Back Sockeye, Steehead, Coho. We will cut package your salmon, alder smoked salmon vacuum pack.
