Westcott Bay Cider and San Juan Island Distillery, located on San Juan Island in Friday Harbor, WA, are three business partners who work together to produce a variety of small batch ciders and spirits. With their beautiful all-copper Adrian still, they create 14 different gins, liqueurs, flavored brandies, and award-winning apple brandy, using Washington apples and traditional French distilling techniques.
