History

Our community was purchased by new owners in October 2016 and has went through renovations on the community as well as the interiors of our homes. We have added as Dog Park for our furry residents, a brand new Resident Lounge and 24 hour Fitness Center!

Specialties

We provide and upscale, elegant and comfortable living environment for our residents. Customer service and communication with our residents is our top priority. Valley Vista has been professionally managed by Allied Residential since Oct 2016.
