History
I started teaching cardio dance classes in 2012 in California at a local gym. My class size was usually around 35-45 people. I moved to Washington State in 2014 and have just started teaching class locally. My class size is typically 5-8 people as it's a smaller, more personal setting. I will be adding more classes as soon as numbers pick up. Currently, our only class is Monday from 6:30-7:30pm.. We do require reservations for the classes as the class may be cancelled due to low numbers.
Specialties
Cardio Hip Hop is a dance-based cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with fun hip hop moves. You'll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having lots of fun! No dance experience necessary!
