SpecialtiesWe specialize in skills-based self-defense instruction for children and adults to explore a wide variety of martial arts competencies tailored to their age, experience, and fitness level: this is a fun and practical way to get in shape in a safe and structured environment while learning respect, discipline, and confidence! We are one of the few martial arts schools that offers both personalized and group lessons to every student: the weekly lessons teach new material, while the group classes allow students to practice the material with a welcoming community of age- and rank-appropriate peers. We offer classes in such areas as tactical fitness, sparring, women's self-defense, anti-bullying, weapons, as well as an amazing yearly tournament where students can compete with each other. All our instructors have graduated from the Z-Ultimate University of Martial Arts Professionals--we are not just martial artists, we are professional teachers who care about your fitness, progress, and personal development.
