Established in an abandoned cannery in 1943, Twin City Foods has since grown into one of the United States largest independent processors of frozen potatoes and other vegetables. The company grows, harvests, processes, freezes, packages and distributes a variety of quick-frozen vegetables, including corn, green beans, peas, carrots and potatoes. Its clients include both national and international companies in the retail, food service, industrial, export, institutional and organic markets. Twin City Foods has headquarters in Stanwood, Wash., and six processing facilities in Washington, Idaho and Michigan. The company s cold storage facilities are capable of storing more than 250 million pounds of products.
