HistoryCheney Outreach Center opened it's doors in 1990 to provide free information and referral for all. We also offer basic emergency assistance. We are a coalition of churches in Cheney and seek to show God's love to our neighbors.SpecialtiesWe have services for low-income people and families residing in our service area. Call or come in to see if you qualify. Services can include utility payment assistance, rent assistance, prescription assistance, bus passes or gas vouchers for verified appointments or work, food, hygiene products, diapers, Christmas gifts for children, school supplies for children, and Parks and Rec activity scholarships for children.
