The Table is owned and operated by local chef, Derek Bray. Our food pays homage to the traditional bounty of Northwest ingredients, prepared simply and consistently with skill. A truly seasonal menu based on local produce and high quality meats means there is always something new to taste. The dining room is open and centered around a twenty person bar height table where you can watch the final preparations of plates and enjoy the community of Tacoma. The Table is Now Open for Brunch 10:30am-2pm Saturday and Sunday
