My name is Tupou T Manaea, owner of The Right Man Company. I opened the door to my business in 2008. I've worked in the plumbing/ sewer & drain cleaning business for 18 years before I went on my own. I have learned both business and skill aspects from some of the top experience skillful plumbers. I've held management positions most of the 18 years working for bigger outfitted plumbing companies. The main reason I was influence to go on my own, I was overwhelmed with customer complaints, my job was resolving them. When working with a bigger company, there will be some bad seeds that comes with it, if you know what I mean. My job was to weed out them bad seeds to cure the complaints. Now, I communicate and work with all my customers individually and direct, as to provide them with honest service. Where the business name originated? Over the years when I was out doing service work, I hear that phrase many times, 'you are the Right Man', it sounded good, It stuck!
