We opened in 2008 to serve the beautiful dog-loving community of Bainbridge Island. Julie Rust, the owner and head groomer at The Fluffy Ruff, is a National Certified Master Groomer, and an award-winning pet stylist. She has competed and placed in national grooming competitions in Charlotte, NC; Cape Canaveral, FL; and Atlanta, GA as well as in regional competitions in Tacoma and Auburn. All employees at The Fluffy Ruff are passionate about dogs and their well-being.
Specialties
The Fluffy Ruff Dog Spa specializes in grooming small to medium-sized dogs, gently and humanely. We strive to use the latest in technology and training to provide the best grooming experience and results. We offer some hand stripping services for pet dogs, as well as some of the newer Asian Fusion and Kawaii Styles. Our salon is a member of both the National Dog Groomers Association and International Professional Groomers, Inc.
