The Flour Mill provides a great way to check out a number of original, locally-owned Spokane businesses, all under one historic roof. Like some of the other beloved spots in town, the Flour Mill has Expo '74 to thank for its current condition. Once a functioning mill, it was converted to shops and restaurants in preparation for the big event, and is now home to a number of Spokane favorites.
