The Breathing Room was created to share and explore mindfulness and movement with you. our aims: to integrate formal practice and modern life to teach and practice in a way that reduces reactivity and softens gripping in the mind and body to nourish a way of being in this world that is more compassionate, patient, creative and joyful to make our space accessible to anyone interested in the many benefits of a steady, sweet practice to nurture a community of yoga lovers of all shapes, ages and abilities... Specialties
The Breathing Room specializes in sharing mindfulness and movement using mixed lineages of yoga that include: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Ashtanga. We also offer monthly kids yoga, meditation courses, weekend workshops and more!
