History
Taki's Mad Greek was opened in October 2002. After owning and operating several pizza & pasta restaurants in Seattle, Takis Dotis sold them all and decided to do the food of his home country. Taki prepares all the dips, marinades, dressings, and hand cuts all the souvlaki with great care and pride. On Saturday Nights he performs on the Bouzouki along with his Mad Greeks for an exciting evening of food and dancing. Taki is a well know bouzouki player who played alongside many of the all time greats of Greek Music and performed all across North America before entering into the restaurant business.
