Summit View High School, also known as SVHS, provides educational services to at-risk students and working teens. Founded in 1990, the school maintains a staff of certified teachers, intervention specialists and nurses. Its academic curriculum includes language and fine arts, English, business and health studies, law, reading, writing, mathematics, science, music, social studies and history. Summit View High School offers the English as a Second Language program. Located in Brush Prairie, Wash., the school is a part of Battle Ground Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Battle Ground Public Schools provides educational programs to more than 13,000 students.
