The Office of State Procurement, also known as OSP, plans for establishing contracts for various commodities and purchased services. The office is a part of the Services Division, which is governed by Washington State Department of General Administration. The division offers manuals that feature information on policies, procedures and guidelines for purchasing goods and services. It also provides purchasing forms, templates and reference materials. The Services Division assists different agencies with competitive contracting processes. The division offers repair services for state-owned vehicles. It provides access to the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA). The Services Division designs several law enforcement support programs.
