Spokane Cheesecakes was created to fill the need of specialty cheesecakes in the Spokane, WA area. It started in the Spokane Public Market in 2011 and moved to its own bakery in December 2013. Spokane Cheesecakes makes individual serving size cheesecakes as well as 9 or 10 inch custom cheesecakes.
