Spice Waala started in 2018 at the South Lake Union Saturday Market in Seattle. Founded by Dr. Aakanksha Sinha & Uttam Mukherjee; the restaurant aims to introduce people to the flavors that filled their childhood, and the aromas that bring back memories of the streets of India. The company mission includes serving unapologetically authentic Indian street food, never compromising on food quality, investing in employees, and partnering with the community to achieve food justice.
