History
In 1990 one Man, Peter Okata, had a dream of starting his own food establishment, It soon grew to the point where it was more than he could do, he sold the buisness to Minh Smith in 1992. Since that time Minh can still be found working there, along with her daughter and buisness partner Bonnie. Keeping the menu simple, but adding items to please the masses has been a goal along with trying to keep prices low in an always changing economy. Their love for food and people keep them moving on with no intentions of selling or leaving anytime soon.

Currently Soba is only open during regular Farmers Market hours, April-December. We will be open for Lunch Thursday-Sunday the 1st weekend in April. See you soon! 30 years ago Yakisoba, stir-fried noodles was our main specialty, &our namesake. But in recent years with the push for healthy and fit, our Fresh Springrolls, and our Chicken Cabbage Salads have become a hit. We make our own sauces, and use fresh ingredients in all the items we make. Everything is made in house, from Potstickers and eggrolls, to our salads, springrolls and chicken.
