Justin Pickard is PCS's primary construction worker and general contractor. He has been in the construction industry for nearly a decade. He has worked in a wide variety of settings, from landscaping and yard design, to residential home building and commercial projects. He has worked for both small and large companies, and managed numerous projects throughout the PNW. Jessica Pickard is a graduate of Central Washington University with a bachelor's in Business. Her primary role is Marketing and Finance Manager. She has extensive experience dealing with customers in various settings. Pickard Construction Services is located in Lake Stevens, WA, and services the Greater Seattle area. We are a family-owned business with honest, hardworking owners, who strive to make sure every customer is highly satisfied with the work performed for them.
