Shellie Lyden puts patients first, going into each appointment with an open mind and heart. She looks at their whole health to understand their body’s complexities and identify anything that could interfere with recovery. Her goal is to understand her patients’ hopes and expectations and create a plan that helps to relieve discomfort and achieve physical balance. Along the way, she advocates for her patients, empowers them to take charge of their health, and offers suggestions to prevent further musculoskeletal issues. Shellie cares for adults of all ages. She has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, persistent pain care, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) care.
