Rubinstein Bagels was formed to bring a unique and great bagel to the Seattle region. Sourdough born, hand formed, long fermented, kettle boiled and baked on a stone hearth. The result is a bagel with a moist dough, a compelling crust, generous toppings and a long shelf life.
