Ridgefield High School is a college preparatory school that serves academic classes to students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers educational classes in vocal and instrumental music, social studies, science, physical education, math, language arts and business. Ridgefield High School has a guidance department that provides college placement and financial aid information to students. It organizes a range of athletic activities, such as cross-country, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, wrestling, baseball and softball. In addition, the school provides membership opportunities for the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and the National Honor Society, as well as operates speech and debate and knowledge bowl clubs.
