police officer said that handicap parking does not have to pay when public parking yet this company gave me a 76.00 ticket false advertising

I paid $2 to park on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at this location and still got a ticket???? WTF?

So, I wrote this sign to the parking attendant to check the payment box before giving a ticket!!!

Every car to the left was ticketed for parking in an unmarked "restricted" area in a public parking lots

There was no signage indicating it was a restricted area, no events were going on, and it was a public parking lot

I mailed this company and they sent this photo back with this TINY sign showing their "terms and conditions". DON'T GO HERE
