In 2003, baker Ralf Sigl moved to Bellingham, WA, from Augsburg, Germany, and founded Ralf's Bavarian Pretzel Bakery.

Here at Ralf's Bavarian Pretzel Bakery, we specialize in one product... Bavarian Pretzels. While we are primarily a wholesale bakery, we are open to the public every Saturday between 10 am and 3 pm for the Bellingham Farmers Market. We make our pretzels from organic flour. A regular pretzel is $ 2.00 and a large pretzel is $ 3.00.
