Prime Ops was developed by a local family that wants to see safer streets and schools without raising taxes or fighting strict budget constraints. Their company consults with the local business that are having security issues and then brokers real uniformed police officers to stand guard and keep the peace. The officers are off duty, and in the same capacity of their normal duty hours just paid from private funding. Prime Ops bridges the cap between the clients security needs and the police departments.
