History

Our dumpling recipe comes from Tsingtao - my home town in Northern China. It has been handed down over three generations using traditional ingredients which promote well being and are perfect for your enjoyment. Dumplings symbolize family togetherness, fortune, and prosperity. I only use the freshest ingredients to hand make each one.
