our flagship store in pike place market opened in 2013. thanks to the support of our wonderful guests, we now have 4 stores in seattle!
Specialties
we make our fresh ginger soda by juicing ginger root and lemons, combining those with fair trade cane sugar, and then adding super-carbonated water. for our flavors, we add real fruit purees and juices, no sugary syrups. we lightly preserve with uv light to maintain that bright ginger bite. all of our flavors make fantastic craft cocktails!
