An honest to goodness Puyallup Valley landmark, Peace Lutheran Church has stood like a beacon in the night for more than a century, offering food, shelter, and spiritual guidance to those in need. Built by none other than local legend Ezra Meeker in 1892, the Church became Peace Lutheran eight years later when it was purchased in the year 1900.
Today, the staff and congregation of Peace Lutheran are as active and vibrant as the community they so dutifully endeavor to serve. Their list of services, activities and events is far too long to list. If you need help or would like to volunteer, Peace Lutheran Church sponsors numerous support programs that community members can contribute to or take advantage of. There's always something going on, so visit the Peace Lutheran homepage for their newsletter and calendar of events. Peace Lutheran holds two services on Sundays, beginning at 8:15am and 10:45am, but get there early because off-street parking is limited.
