Went on a Thursday at around 5 pm. It wasn't busy at all when we went in. Small parking lot but there's a free lot close by. They give you a bowl of kettle chips when seated which was delicious....

Update: found out a few years ago that Paradise Creek Brewery has a dedicated gluten-free deep fryer, and thus is the only place I am aware of in Pullman where my celiac husband can get french fries!
