History
OlyKraut started as a way to make a healing probiotic food while supporting as many local farms as possible. Through the years and changes, we've survived to be a leading raw, organic sauerkraut manufacturer in the PNW and are currently found in natural food stores and co-ops in WA, OR, ID, MT, AK, and CA. We buy more produce from regional farms every year and are happy to see the local agricultural system grow alongside us. You can find us at Farmers Markets in Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.
